GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CAMINHO

By working with Caminho, you agree to the terms below.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all Caminho programs, workshops, training sessions, and freelance assignments, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Formation of the Agreement

2.1. You register via the contact form on the website or by email (jordin@jordinkoops.com).
2.2. The agreement is formed as soon as you receive a confirmation from Caminho by email.
2.3. For custom programs, the agreement is formed as soon as you have confirmed the arrangements by email.

3. Rates and Payment

3.1. After your confirmation, you will receive an invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, stating the invoice number, to the bank account specified on the invoice.
3.3. In case of late payment, Caminho may pause the execution and charge any (statutory) administrative or collection costs.

4. 1-on-1 Coaching

4.1. A 1-on-1 program is personal and non-transferable.
4.2. Refunds are not possible. The program must be completed within the agreed timeframe; sessions can be rescheduled within that period in consultation.
4.3. If your situation changes or an adjustment in format is needed? We will work together to find a suitable solution.

5. Freelance Assignments

5.1. The agreements are laid down in an assignment agreement and confirmed as described in Article 2.
5.2. Services will be invoiced based on the agreed hourly rate or a pre-agreed total price.

6. Training Sessions and Workshops (Open Enrollment)

6.1. Cancellations must be made via email (jordin@jordinkoops.com).
6.2. If you cancel between 3 and 1 calendar month before the start, you pay 25% of the costs.
6.3. If you cancel within 1 month before the start, you pay 75% of the costs.
6.4. If you cancel on the day itself or if you are absent without prior notice, then 100% of the costs will be charged.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. In case of illness or force majeure, you retain the right to attend the planned coaching, training, or workshop at another time.
7.2. Caminho reserves the right to cancel a coaching, training, or workshop due to illness, emergencies, or insufficient participants.
7.3. In that case, you will receive 100% refund of the amount already paid.
7.4. For 1-on-1 coaching: sessions are not refunded but rescheduled in consultation (see Article 4).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All materials, exercises, models, texts, presentations, and other content developed or shared by Caminho remain the property of Caminho.
8.2. These may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without prior written permission.
8.3. Participants may only use materials for their own personal use.

9. Privacy (GDPR)

9.1. Caminho processes personal data solely for the execution of the agreement and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
9.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.
9.3. More information about the processing of personal data is available upon request.

10. Liability

10.1. Caminho performs all work to the best of its knowledge and ability.
10.2. Caminho is only liable for damages that are a direct result of intent or deliberate recklessness, with a maximum amount equal to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.
10.3. Caminho is not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential loss or loss of profit.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

11.1. All agreements are subject to Dutch law .
11.2. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Caminho is located.
